As a general recommendation, you should have your watch resealed every 4 to 5 years. This involves the replacement of all gaskets and other sealing parts, as they inevitably lose their sealing performance over time. Regular resealing prevents dust and moisture from intruding into the watch and damaging the movement. When you bring your watch to have it resealed, the case will be completely taken apart, treated in an ultrasonic cleaner, dried and fitted with new gaskets and sealing parts—including a new crystal gasket, case back gasket, tube and crown seals and pusher or corrector seals, where applicable). After resealing your watch, we warrant its waterproofness up to the specified pressure.
